On average our customers scored us 86.88% on several different aspects of our service, including: OVERALL SERVICE, ENQUIRIES, CONSIGNMENT DELIVERY, CONSIGNMENT COLLECTION. Our highest scores this month were for ‘Professionalism’ and ‘Courtesy’. Some of the positive feedback we received commented on our helpful staff with reference to short notice, urgent deliveries. Points for Improvement: We received a comment about the facility to add more than one type of material to an online order. It is possible to do this now, but for any customers who need assistance with using our online services please contact your local Biocair office, who will be happy to help. |
